Position Overview
Join a well-established and collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice clinicians within the Bassett Medical Group—a multispecialty practice of more than 500 providers. This outpatient-only position includes shared remote call (1:6) and a dedicated inpatient oncologist for hospital-based care.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive outpatient oncology services in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

Collaborate closely with a team including Radiation Oncologists, Surgical Oncologists, Pathologists, Radiologists, Nurse Navigators, Social Workers, Financial Counselors, Nutritionists, and Palliative Care Practitioners.

Participate in weekly tumor board conferences and contribute to an active clinical research program.

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care while contributing to continuous program development.

Compensation & Incentives

Base Salary Range: $600,000–$675,000 (based on a 4-day workweek), determined by qualifications, experience, licensure, training, and fair market valuation.

Unlimited Incentive Plan: Productivity and performance-based incentives with significant earning potential, often achievable within the first year.

Sign-on Bonus: Up to $200,000

Fellowship Stipend: Up to $60,000 for eligible candidates up to 18 months prior to graduation (subject to U.S. immigration regulations)

Qualifications

MD, DO, or MBBS degree

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oncology

New York State medical license (or eligibility)

Active DEA registration
