Position Highlights

Conduct 45-minute in-home visits including medication reviews, medical history, physical exams, and optional diagnostic tests (diabetic eye exams, spirometry, etc.)

Utilize iPads and clinical workflow tools for efficient documentation

Flexible travel within licensed states and local areas

Occasional virtual visits as needed

Build trusting relationships while improving patient health outcomes

Qualifications
-
MD or DO with active, unrestricted medical license(s) in coverage area(s)

Multi-state licensure preferred

Comfortable covering specified counties: Amador, El Dorado, Nevada, Placer, Sacramento, Sutter, Yolo, and Yuba

Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach
