Are you a passionate and experienced piano teacher looking to make a difference in students’ lives? We are seeking a dedicated Music Teacher (Piano) to provide engaging, in-person lessons in Huyton for students of varying ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver tailored music lessons to suit individual student goals and skill levels

Teach sight-reading, music theory, instrument technique, and performance skills

Provide one-on-one or small group instruction in various musical styles and genres

Support students preparing for exams, recitals, and performances

Track progress and provide regular, constructive feedback

Create a positive, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment

Coordinate with staff or parents to ensure continuity and progression
Requirements

Proven experience teaching or tutoring children or adults in piano/music

Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional teaching style

Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs

Proficiency in playing piano (other instruments a bonus)

Understanding of music theory, notation, and sight-reading

Knowledge of special education techniques is an advantage
