About the Role

We’re looking for a Plumber with a mechanical edge to join our team at a prestigious static site in Central London. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance across building services systems, ensuring top-tier service delivery and site performance.

This role is perfect for a multi-skilled engineer with a plumbing background and experience in M&E systems and HVAC maintenance.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) and minor mechanical works

  • Deliver technical support and guidance to both clients and the team

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols

  • Maintain accurate work logs using the Maximo CAFM system via tablet

  • Provide excellent client service with professional communication and updates

  • Liaise with internal teams, account managers, and subcontractors

  • Support emergency call-outs as part of the on-call rota

  • Take proactive ownership of the site and ensure excellent customer satisfaction

 About You

Qualifications:

  • GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)

  • NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (Essential)

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar multi-discipline FM or building services role

  • Familiarity with building services plant and HVAC systems

  • Proficient with CAFM systems (e.g., Maximo) and mobile work technology

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage priorities independently

  • Versatility to handle a broad range of maintenance tasks confidently
