Project Overview:
We are currently hiring an experienced Pipefitter/Plumber to work on dynamic commercial and residential projects. This individual should possess a strong understanding of mechanical systems, exhibit professionalism, and be able to operate both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:

Install new and modify existing hydronic and plumbing systems based on foreman direction

Interpret and follow mechanical/plumbing plans and drawings

Adhere to all safety and quality control procedures

Organize materials and manage timelines to meet project goals

Maintain a clean, professional, and efficient work area

Collaborate with other trades and team members to ensure project success
Qualifications:
Knowledge & Skills:

Journeyman-level understanding of mechanical and plumbing trades

Safe handling and operation of power and hand tools
-
Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical and plumbing schematics
-
Ability to identify and install mechanical and plumbing fittings
-
Strong organization, communication, and teamwork skills
Performance Metrics:

Task completion aligned with safety standards and required PPE

Ability to meet scheduling milestones

Reliable attendance, punctuality, professionalism, and respect on job sites
