What You’ll Do During Your Placement IT
As part of the Placement IT role, you will:

Provide expert support to hundreds of users based across the UK.

Work on the IT Service Desk offering first-line support, ensuring quick access to systems and software.

Collaborate with Infrastructure, Database, and Application teams to broaden your technical knowledge.

Participate in system rollouts and upgrades, including mobile technology and device management projects.
