What You’ll Do During Your Placement IT

As part of the Placement IT role, you will:

  • Provide expert support to hundreds of users based across the UK.

  • Work on the IT Service Desk offering first-line support, ensuring quick access to systems and software.

  • Collaborate with Infrastructure, Database, and Application teams to broaden your technical knowledge.

  • Participate in system rollouts and upgrades, including mobile technology and device management projects.
