As a Plan Specialist – Awards, you’ll play a crucial role in managing the award lifecycle, from enrolment to final allocation. Based in our Bristol office for a minimum of three days per week, with the flexibility to work from home for part of your working week, you’ll support the success of our employee share plan program. Reporting to the Awards Operational Manager, you’ll oversee Exec & Discretionary Plans, ESPP, and SAYE, collaborating with various teams to optimize processes and deliver exceptional service.

 Key Responsibilities of the Plan Specialist – Awards

In the role of Plan Specialist – Awards, you will be responsible for the structured planning and execution of share delivery and award activities. This includes maintaining strict adherence to FCA’s CASS rules, ensuring timely processing, and managing new or upgraded clients on EquatePlus. As a process expert, you will advise stakeholders on best practices, contributing to the development and improvement of award-related operations.
