Your Role as a Planner
As a Planner, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and motivating the Responsive Repairs team. Your key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling work orders and allocating tasks to trade operatives, including Plumbers, Multi-Trade specialists, Roofers, Electricians, and more.
- Managing the in-house appointments system to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service.
- Maintaining a safe and high-performing service while ensuring timely repairs and maintenance.
This role is based in our Eastbourne sub-office, conveniently located off Lottbridge Drove.
Key Requirements for the Planner Role
- Previous experience in planning, scheduling, or administrative roles.
- Strong IT skills and familiarity with scheduling software.
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Social housing experience is a plus but not essential.
