What You’ll Do

Campaign Management & Execution – 25%

  • Build expertise across internal buying and reporting tools, as well as platform-specific interfaces, applying this knowledge to competitive analysis, audience insights, media planning, and campaign reporting.
  • Assist in measurement strategy, pixel creation, and third-party ad tracking under the guidance of your manager.
  • Traffic campaign assets including creative files and tracking tags.
  • Conduct thorough Quality Assurance (QA) on tracking elements and creative assets, identifying and resolving any issues pre-launch.
  • Compile post-launch documentation (e.g., screenshots, URLs, placement details) to verify and communicate proof of campaign delivery to clients.
  • Create insertion orders via internal systems to reserve media placements, ensuring accuracy and confirming proper campaign delivery.
  • Support the setup and activation of Paid Social campaigns via native platforms and third-party buying tools with direction from your manager.
  • Take ownership of financial tracking documents, ensuring all internal and client-facing records are up to date and accurate.

Reporting – 25%

  • Monitor the pacing and performance of live Paid Social campaigns across client accounts daily.
  • Collaborate with your manager to deliver performance insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Lead reporting efforts for assigned clients, providing proactive communication to internal teams and managers regarding campaign performance and any issues.
  • Assist with additional reporting and data collection tasks as needed across other accounts.

Paid Social Planning – 20%

  • Assist in crafting proposals for Paid Social media campaigns across your client roster.
  • Learn to develop and present key media documents such as RFPs, media plans, strategic decks, and more; support proposal analysis and partner negotiations.
  • Stay informed on new and emerging Paid Social media trends and opportunities, applying relevant findings to your work.
  • Manage vendor communications, maintain internal documents (e.g., weekly/monthly status reports), and help organize team deliverables calendars.

Relationship Development – 15%

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal client teams to manage project timelines and coordinate cross-functional meetings.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with internal teams such as Analytics, Digital, and others.
  • Contribute to broader team initiatives under the direct supervision of your supervisor.

Learning & Development – 15%

  • Engage in agency-sponsored learning sessions and vendor meetings.
  • Take part in both internal and external professional development opportunities (e.g., Meta Blueprint, Twitter Flight School).

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • 1+ years of Paid Social media experience
  • Hands-on experience with ad buying on Facebook and Instagram (experience on additional platforms is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with advanced social targeting and retargeting tactics
  • Experience managing and reconciling social media campaign budgets
