As a Streetworks Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in planning, scheduling, and managing highway permits and streetworks operations. You’ll work closely with operational teams to ensure all permit-related activities are compliant, efficient, and aligned with both company and highway authority requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and plan work orders in line with business KPIs and performance targets

  • Handle all permit requests, road closures, and communications within required timelines

  • Maintain accurate records and complete all necessary forms (e.g., bag off, closures)

  • Liaise with highways authorities and escalate issues to operational managers as needed

  • Ensure up-to-date edits and changes are made daily to reflect job conditions and locations

What You’ll Bring

  • Understanding of NRSWA and streetworks legislation

  • Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills

  • Ability to stay calm and act rationally under pressure

  • High standards of customer service

  • UK driving license and own vehicle
