Plumber – Estates Team

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Estates team as a Plumber, contributing to the maintenance and improvement of our College’s facilities.

Role Details:

  • Hours: 39 hours per week, full year
  • Salary: Dependent on experience and qualifications (available upon request)
  • Location: Multi-site role within the College

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out repairs, maintenance, and improvements on the College’s domestic and commercial plumbing and drainage systems
  • Ensure all work complies with current building regulations and best practices
  • Work efficiently across a multi-site environment
  • Experience in gas and oil-fired heating systems is desirable
  • Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) is an advantage
  • Willingness to work at height and in enclosed spaces (all safety equipment provided)
