Plumber – Estates Team
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Estates team as a Plumber, contributing to the maintenance and improvement of our College’s facilities.

Role Details:
- Hours: 39 hours per week, full year
- Salary: Dependent on experience and qualifications (available upon request)
- Location: Multi-site role within the College
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out repairs, maintenance, and improvements on the College’s domestic and commercial plumbing and drainage systems
- Ensure all work complies with current building regulations and best practices
- Work efficiently across a multi-site environment
- Experience in gas and oil-fired heating systems is desirable
- Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) is an advantage
- Willingness to work at height and in enclosed spaces (all safety equipment provided)
