Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Plumber to join our construction and maintenance team. The ideal candidate has proven experience in both residential and commercial plumbing and is confident in installation, repair, and maintenance work. This position requires a collaborative, hands-on professional ready to take on various plumbing responsibilities while working in a fast-paced construction setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for both residential and commercial properties

• Interpret blueprints and construction plans to execute plumbing layouts accurately

• Use hand and power tools for installation and repair tasks

• Perform heavy lifting when handling large pipes, fixtures, and equipment

• Work with construction teams on remodeling and new-build projects

• Identify and troubleshoot plumbing issues quickly and effectively

• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and regulations

• Keep the job site clean, safe, and organized throughout the workday

Key Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional plumbing experience (required)

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints

• Familiarity with construction site safety protocols

• Experience with plumbing installation and remodeling projects

• Physically fit to perform heavy lifting and extended periods of standing

• Reliable, self-motivated, and safety-conscious
