About the Role
We’re looking for a Plumber with a mechanical edge to join our team at a prestigious static site in Central London. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance across building services systems, ensuring top-tier service delivery and site performance.
This role is perfect for a multi-skilled engineer with a plumbing background and experience in M&E systems and HVAC maintenance.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) and minor mechanical works

Deliver technical support and guidance to both clients and the team

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols

Maintain accurate work logs using the Maximo CAFM system via tablet

Provide excellent client service with professional communication and updates

Liaise with internal teams, account managers, and subcontractors

Support emergency call-outs as part of the on-call rota
-
Take proactive ownership of the site and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
About You
Qualifications:

GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)

NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (Essential)
Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar multi-discipline FM or building services role

Familiarity with building services plant and HVAC systems
-
Proficient with CAFM systems (e.g., Maximo) and mobile work technology

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage priorities independently

Versatility to handle a broad range of maintenance tasks confidently
