Plumber Role Summary
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, a world leader in facilities and corporate real estate management, is currently seeking a Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join our dynamic team in Liverpool.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining building systems with a focus on plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning plant operations. You’ll ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including L8 regulations for domestic and evaporative water systems, while delivering high-quality service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct routine maintenance on heating and air-conditioning plant

Maintain domestic water and evaporative cooling systems in accordance with L8 regulations

Swiftly diagnose and repair plant faults to minimize downtime

Perform planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs to site plant

Represent CBRE professionally with a customer-first approach

Maintain high standards of health, safety, and compliance at all times
Qualifications & Experience

Time-served plumber with NVQ Level 1 (or equivalent)

Hands-on experience maintaining pumps, motors, and valves

Strong understanding of health and safety in maintenance environments

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Customer-focused with a professional attitude
Work Hours & Flexibility

Standard Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Overtime available

Weekend availability as needed

Participation in on-call rota
