Position Summary
The Plumber II performs skilled plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance at casino facilities. This role requires expertise in commercial and residential plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with Seneca Gaming Corporation policies, Internal Control Standards, and regulatory codes.
Key Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, valves, pumps, boilers, sinks, toilets, faucets, water and sewer lines.

Clear stoppages, repair leaks, fit and sweat copper pipe.

Repair heating systems, water heaters, gauges, and controls.

Operate tools such as jackhammers, power snakes, pipe machines, and torches.

Maintain swimming pool equipment and electronic sensors.

Keep accurate records of time, materials, and repairs.

Respond to emergency plumbing situations and perform overtime as required.

Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional manner.

Adhere to all Seneca Gaming Corporation training, safety, and compliance standards.
Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum 7 years’ plumbing experience (commercial preferred).

Knowledge of state and local plumbing codes.

Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Must pass background check and drug screening.
Physical Requirements

Lift up to 50 lbs and perform strenuous physical tasks.

Ability to stand, walk, squat, crawl, and climb ladders.

Work in confined spaces and casino environments with moderate to loud noise levels.

Occasional travel required.
Compensation

Starting Rate: $26.31/hour
