About the Role

RK Industries is seeking a skilled Journeyman Plumber to join our trusted field team. In this role, you will handle everything from layout and installation to pressure testing and final inspections, ensuring every plumbing system meets the highest standards of safety, function, and quality. You’ll also mentor apprentices, troubleshoot technical issues, and play a key role in keeping projects on schedule and clients confident.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing and piping installations, repairs, and maintenance.

• Oversee crew productivity and ensure project deadlines are met.

• Conduct layouts, material takeoffs, and requisitions.

• Perform start-ups, planned maintenance, and quality control inspections.

• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing system issues.

• Maintain tools, work areas, and compliance with building codes.

• Work in diverse conditions including high places, tight spaces, and all weather types.

Qualifications

• Journeyman or Master Plumber license (required).

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.

• Knowledge of plumbing codes, laws, and regulations.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Physically able to lift/carry 50 lbs and work in demanding environments.
