Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Plumber with strong experience in construction plumbing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in installations, repairs, and maintenance across residential and commercial projects. This role requires the ability to interpret blueprints, collaborate with other trades, and ensure that all plumbing systems are installed and maintained to the highest safety and efficiency standards.
Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.

Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to plan layouts.

Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and plumbing equipment.

Perform pipe threading, assembly, and occasional heavy lifting.

Collaborate with other trades on construction sites to meet project deadlines.

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.

Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns.
Qualifications

Proven experience in construction plumbing with strong mechanical knowledge.

Welding experience is preferred.

Proficiency with plumbing tools and equipment.

Strong ability to read and follow blueprints/schematics.

Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.

Background in carpentry or remodeling is an asset.

Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.

Valid commercial driver’s license is a plus.

Previous maintenance person experience is considered an asset.
