Plumber / Heating Fitter – Key Responsibilities
Your Role in the Building Services Team

Carry out installation, maintenance, and servicing of public buildings.

Work independently or as part of a team on plumbing and heating systems.

Handle gas-related pipework as instructed by supervisors.

Ensure health and safety standards are met in all projects.
Skills & Experience Needed for a Plumber / Heating Fitter

Time-served Plumber / Heating Fitter with City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 qualification.

Experience in the building and construction industry.

Knowledge of public building maintenance and customer expectations.

Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
