Position Summary:

We are hiring a skilled Plumber I to join our HVAC and plumbing division. This role involves advanced installations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs. The ideal candidate is experienced, dependable, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently and professionally

  • Repair and install systems carrying water, steam, chemicals, fuel, and more

  • Assemble pipes, fittings, and appliances using proper tools and safety measures

  • Install plumbing systems for water, sanitary, and storm use—both above and underground

  • Interpret blueprints, follow building codes, and layout piping around structures and obstructions

  • Perform pressure testing, detect leaks, and ensure all systems meet safety standards

  • Guide helpers and ensure proper installation techniques

  • Maintain and track tools, equipment, and company vehicles

  • Uphold all company standards for customer service, ethics, and professionalism

  • Maintain valid licenses and certifications as required

Health & Safety Responsibilities:

  • Report any unsafe acts or conditions immediately

  • Use and maintain proper PPE

  • Participate in safety programs, initiatives, and committees

  • Avoid unsafe behavior or actions that could endanger others

  • Follow all OSHA and internal safety guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1–5+ years of plumbing experience

  • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and technical drawings

  • Experience with tools and equipment such as threading machines, soldering, and welding

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

  • Physically able to lift and handle heavy equipment

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Plumbing or gas license (as required by region)
