About the Role
We’re hiring a skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Plumber to join our Responsive Repairs Team in Bracknell. This role involves plumbing maintenance and multi-trade repair work within social housing or local authority settings.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance across residential properties

Undertake associated multi-trade tasks such as:

Basic carpentry

Ceramic tiling
-
Vinyl floor laying
-
Painting and decorating
-

Ensure compliance with British Standards, Codes of Practice, and current legislation

Minimise damage to property during repair work
-
Accurately complete job documentation and communicate effectively with customers
-
Represent the organisation professionally on-site and in the community
What We’re Looking For
-
NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent qualification)
-
Long-term, relevant experience in plumbing and multi-trade repairs
-
Proven ability to work independently and complete jobs ‘right first time’
-
Excellent understanding of safe systems of work and industry regulations
-
Experience working in social housing or local authority environments is preferred
Physical Requirements

Must be capable of manual work including lifting, kneeling, and climbing
-
Able to work in diverse environments, including occupied homes and communal areas

Role requires a standard DBS check (covered by MTVH)
