Pay Range (depending on experience): $120.19 – $120.19 per hour
Job Summary: As a Podiatrist at Summit Pacific, you will oversee and directly provide patient care for foot and ankle conditions in both outpatient and inpatient settings, including hospital-based ambulatory procedures and acute care consultations. Additionally, you will manage the wound care program.
Job Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the Podiatry Department and Wound Care Program.

Provide comprehensive care for podiatry and wound care patients in both ambulatory and inpatient environments.

Perform evaluations, develop care plans, prescribe medications, educate patients, and monitor progress.

Collaborate with the care team to develop holistic patient care plans.
-
Utilize advanced imaging technologies in patient care.
-
Perform forefoot, rearfoot, and ankle surgical procedures in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Conduct wound care procedures for both inpatient and outpatient settings.
-
Ensure compliance with quality care standards and regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate and timely medical records using an electronic record-keeping system.

Participate in ongoing professional development and interdisciplinary meetings.

Required Education and Experience:

Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine (DPM)

Wound Care Certification
Licenses and Certifications:

Active Washington State License as Podiatrist

DEA Certification

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical foot and ankle conditions.

Proficient in utilizing pharmacotherapy in treatment plans.

Skilled in the use of current technologies and medical systems.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to collaborate with healthcare teams and maintain accurate documentation.
