About the Job
This role is responsible for overseeing the operations of a standalone center or several high-revenue or large-scale practices within the Core network, with a strong focus on strategic growth and service expansion. The position reports directly to the Chief Operations Officer or Group Practice leadership and may have Practice Supervisors or Administrators as direct reports.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

3–5 years of relevant leadership experience
Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Collaboration:
Lead high-performing centers or practices, developing strong relationships with physicians, providers, and staff to ensure alignment with Core’s mission, vision, and values. Foster a culture of teamwork, engagement, and satisfaction at all organizational levels. -
Operational Oversight:
Maintain situational awareness of daily operations, swiftly addressing issues that affect patient care or staff performance. Take immediate corrective actions and escalate systemic concerns when necessary. -
Access & Productivity:
Champion a patient-centered access model. Collaborate with providers to optimize daily productivity and ensure timely service delivery. -
Performance Management:
Oversee staff performance through direct reports. Partner with Core’s Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to resolve any provider-related performance or behavioral issues. -
Process Improvement:
Apply Lean principles and standard work practices (such as daily huddles and dashboard reviews) to streamline operations and support continuous improvement. -
Quality & Safety:
Promote a culture of quality and patient safety. Use performance data to guide staff behavior, enhance patient experiences, and support safety initiatives in line with EX3 training concepts. -
Financial Management:
Manage practice budgets, including access, patient volume, revenue, and controllable expenses. Lead budget planning and capital investment forecasting in collaboration with leadership. -
Communication & Change Management:
Communicate effectively across teams, modeling principles of change management and timely dissemination of organizational decisions. Keep leadership informed of key operational updates. -
Problem Solving & Culture Building:
Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills, incorporating feedback from stakeholders. Foster a ‘Just Culture’ and a collaborative environment that supports staff development and accountability. -
Revenue Cycle & Growth:
Ensure compliance with billing and collection processes, including co-pay collection and insurance verification. Drive growth through expanding patient access and developing referral networks. May contribute to financial modeling and forecasting efforts.
