About the Role
Are you a strong leader with a passion for logistics and operational excellence? As a Preload Part-Time Supervisor at UPS, you’ll be responsible for training and supervising a team of Package Handlers and Clerks to ensure safety, productivity, and efficiency during preload operations. This role plays a key part in delivering the legendary UPS service experience.
Key Responsibilities

Train and supervise employees on safety procedures, productivity standards, and job tasks

Monitor team attendance and manage timecards

Facilitate onboarding and continued training for employees
-
Lead team meetings and coordinate performance evaluations
-
Ensure safe and timely execution of all package handling duties

Build strong working relationships with employees, managers, and customers

Maintain and promote UPS’s ethical standards and code of conduct
Required Qualifications for Preload Part-Time Supervisor

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kgs)

Flexibility to work various shift hours (up to 5 days/week)

Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Effective multitasking and problem-solving abilities

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

Comfortable working in a high-paced warehouse environment
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent

Previous management or supervisory experience
