Job Summary
As a Part-Time Preload Supervisor, you’ll train and manage Package Handlers and Clerks while ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and accuracy. You’ll lead by example, holding teams accountable and making sure all processes are executed in accordance with UPS’s standards.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and train a team of Package Handlers and Clerks

Promote and enforce safe work practices
-
Monitor and report attendance; submit and manage timecards
-
Conduct and facilitate team meetings and evaluations
-
Coordinate with management to resolve package issues
-
Uphold UPS’s ethical standards and code of conduct
-
Foster strong relationships with employees, management, and customers
Qualifications
-
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kgs)
-
Flexibility to work varying shifts up to 5 days/week

Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to thrive in a warehouse environment

Preferred:

Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent

Previous management or supervisory experience
