Key Responsibilities of a Premium Audit Auditor II

Plan, organize, and manage assigned workload and audit territories effectively.

Conduct detailed premium audits for moderately complex risks while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Communicate findings with insured clients, agents, and internal partners to enhance service quality.

Provide feedback to improve internal audit processes and customer communication.

Identify and resolve audit discrepancies, ensuring audited exposures are correctly calculated.

Offer technical advice to customers to improve their business processes and understanding.

Qualifications for the Premium Audit Auditor II Role

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in Casualty Premium Audit OR
High School Diploma and 7+ years of relevant experience. -
Experience with laptop auditing tools and Microsoft Office.

Familiarity with NCCI Workers Compensation and ISO General Liability rules.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred.

Professional certifications such as APA or CPCU are advantageous.
