About the Job
Primary Care Physician – CenterWell Senior Primary Care | Wichita, KS

At CenterWell, our mission is to deliver holistic, compassionate care tailored to the unique needs of seniors. As a Primary Care Physician, you’ll lead a collaborative, multidisciplinary care team to provide comprehensive, coordinated services that address physical, emotional, and social health.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care with a focus on quality over volume (15–18 patients/day).

Lead a care team including NPs, pharmacists, behavioral health specialists, and care coaches.

Coordinate care across specialties, hospitals, and home health services.

Participate in daily team huddles and integrated care planning.

Ensure accurate and timely documentation with coding support.

Engage in continuous improvement and value-based practice models.
Qualifications:

MD/DO from an accredited institution.

Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.

Unrestricted medical license and DEA (or eligibility).

Experience in Medicare Advantage and value-based care preferred.

Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
Benefits:

Compensation: Base salary range $203,400–$299,500 + annual bonus.

$200K total in potential bonuses and relocation/sign-on incentives.
