Outpatient Primary Care Physicians – South Portland

Join established physician and advanced practitioner teams in Legacy Health’s South Portland primary care clinics! Enjoy robust support including MAs, panel coordinators, social workers, RN case managers, behavioral health clinicians, pharmacy techs, and pharmacists.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $274k – $305k annual salary with a 2-year guarantee (1.0 FTE).
  • Additional productivity and quality incentives.
  • Flexible FTE options (0.60 – 1.00).
  • Flexible scheduling with potential for 3-4 day work weeks.
  • $3,500 annual CME allowance + 40 hours of CME.

Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive patient care throughout treatment.
  • Reviewing history, examinations, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Collaborative teamwork.
  • Managing a patient panel and sharing call coverage.

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO degree.
  • Completion of a 4-year medical school and internal or family medicine residency.
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in internal or family medicine.
  • Current and unrestricted Oregon medical license and DEA certificate.
  • Current BLS certification (American Heart Association).
