Responsibilities

Lead deep-dive analyses on customer behavior, pricing, promotions, and operations to drive growth and profitability.

Act as a strategic analytics partner to executives, translating complex data into actionable insights.

Build and maintain advanced BI reporting, dashboards, and analytical frameworks to support decision-making at scale.

Apply expertise in SQL and data modeling to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from Snowflake and other sources.

Collaborate with Analytics Engineering and Data Platform teams to ensure reliable, scalable data pipelines.

Mentor analysts and stakeholders, raising the analytical maturity across the organization.

Communicate insights clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executives.
Preferred Qualifications

Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).

7+ years in strategy, business intelligence, or data analytics (retail/e-commerce experience preferred).

Expert in SQL (Snowflake & dbt experience a plus).

Hands-on experience with BI/visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.

Proficiency in a programming language for analytics (e.g., Python, R) preferred.

Strong business acumen with proven experience influencing strategy and driving results.

Exceptional storytelling and communication skills with experience presenting to executives.

Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Compensation
-
Remote U.S. Base Salary Range: $145,000 – $205,000

Final offer will depend on location, experience, skills, and interview performance.
