Essential Functions

  • Operate within EVMS EAI-748 Standards, government contracting requirements, and DOD DFAR policies.
  • Proficient in MS Project, P6 Primavera, and Open Plan.
  • Apply EVMS concepts in alignment with company policies, including cost/schedule integration, risk identification, and change management.
  • Manage audit activities, including surveillance initiation, data tracing, interviews, corrective action notifications, and compliance assessments.
  • Utilize earned value criteria and analysis to ensure system compliance.
  • Effectively communicate earned value concepts and scheduling discrepancies.
  • Strong proficiency in Scheduling and EVMS tools, along with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Provide collaborative support to program management teams.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills with the ability to promote EV practices within program teams.
  • Travel required—up to 20%.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field with at least 12 years of relevant experience.
  • Graduate degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
  • At least 8 years of EVMS-related experience.
  • Ability to obtain security clearance(s) if required.

Preferred Additional Skills

  • Experience in government programs.
  • Previous leadership or team lead experience.
  • Working knowledge of government acquisitions and contracting clauses.
  • Familiarity with program management functions, tools, and processes, including material and subcontract management.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally across geographically dispersed teams.
