About the Role: Private Shopper

As a Private Shopper, you will build deep, authentic relationships with a portfolio of high-end clients. You’ll use your knowledge of global luxury trends and product developments to make personalized recommendations and grow client spend in a value-driven way. This role involves a combination of proactive engagement, spotting opportunities, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and brand partners to enhance the overall service offering.

• Building Meaningful Client Relationships: Cultivate genuine connections with your client portfolio, delivering an intuitive, high-touch service that maximizes sales.

• Proactive Client Engagement: Work in a personalized and planful way, offering expert recommendations to clients and spotting opportunities for upselling.

• Preselect Items: Curate exclusive options for clients during physical or virtual appointments.

• Client Portfolio Review: Regularly assess your client portfolio, prioritize actions, and collaborate with the Private Shopping Manager to grow your base.
