Position Overview:

We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join our team in Clearwater/Tampa, FL. This role will support both clinical responsibilities and pharmacy operations, including automation workflow and prescription processing. Whether you’re a recent graduate or an experienced professional, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a unique and evolving pharmacy environment that values innovation and patient-focused care.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee pharmacy automation workflow and ensure smooth operations with equipment like Parata.

  • Review and verify medications dispensed through automated systems.

  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime.

  • Support inventory management by receiving and entering medications into the system.

  • Assist in processing prescriptions using automation technology.

  • Prepare medications for shipment and ensure timely order fulfillment.

  • Respond to clinical inquiries from patients via phone or online platforms.

  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment—learning, growing, and having fun along the way!


Qualifications:

  • Active Pharmacist license in the state of Florida with no disciplinary actions.

  • Willing and able to work onsite at the Clearwater pharmacy location.

  • Comfortable working with pharmacy automation systems (Parata experience a plus).

  • Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

  • Independent, self-starter mindset capable of working with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

  • Open to new graduates—all levels of experience are welcome!


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Willingness to pursue multi-state licensure.

  • Experience with Parata ATP-2 or similar pharmacy automation equipment.

  • Background in start-up, mail-order, or online pharmacy environments.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly rate: $50.00 – $60.00 (based on experience)
