Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join our team in Clearwater/Tampa, FL. This role will support both clinical responsibilities and pharmacy operations, including automation workflow and prescription processing. Whether you’re a recent graduate or an experienced professional, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a unique and evolving pharmacy environment that values innovation and patient-focused care.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee pharmacy automation workflow and ensure smooth operations with equipment like Parata.

Review and verify medications dispensed through automated systems.

Troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime.

Support inventory management by receiving and entering medications into the system.

Assist in processing prescriptions using automation technology.

Prepare medications for shipment and ensure timely order fulfillment.

Respond to clinical inquiries from patients via phone or online platforms.

Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment—learning, growing, and having fun along the way!
Qualifications:

Active Pharmacist license in the state of Florida with no disciplinary actions.

Willing and able to work onsite at the Clearwater pharmacy location.

Comfortable working with pharmacy automation systems (Parata experience a plus).

Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Independent, self-starter mindset capable of working with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Willingness to pursue multi-state licensure.

Experience with Parata ATP-2 or similar pharmacy automation equipment.

Background in start-up, mail-order, or online pharmacy environments.
Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly rate: $50.00 – $60.00 (based on experience)
