What You’ll Do:

Collaborate in defining project goals as outlined in the RP1 file or through marketing briefs.

Assess potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Take ownership of assigned projects, align the team around shared goals, and provide strong leadership.

Outline and manage the full project lifecycle—defining milestones, maintaining detailed project plans, and coordinating cross-functional input (e.g., planning, reviews, corrective actions).

Ensure adequate resources, investments, and tools are allocated and validated for successful product development.

Oversee product development to meet cost, quality, and timeline goals, adhering to EMQS (Excellence in Management and Quality Systems).

Manage quotations and monitor cost implications throughout the development process.

Promote team engagement and individual growth in a collaborative, trust-driven environment.

Maintain consistent communication with international team members (SEB Asia, Supor, France BU).

Lead structured and inclusive project review sessions, providing detailed reporting and facilitating decision-making on high-impact issues.

Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across the Total Cost spectrum, including pricing, quality, and lead times.

Document lessons learned and share knowledge across the organization to enhance future projects.

Prioritize sustainability, health, safety, and eco-design principles in all stages of development.

Provide support to Quality and Logistics teams for any major post-launch issues or projects beyond RP5.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent through relevant experience.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in product development, including project management responsibilities.

Strong command of project management tools and methodologies (planning, budgeting, resource coordination, stakeholder engagement).

Familiarity with marketing concepts and consumer/competitive insights related to cookware.

In-depth understanding of product performance, design, and lifecycle.

Proven ability to influence, communicate effectively, and collaborate across functions and hierarchies.

Strong prioritization and focus management for both short- and mid-term goals.

Skilled in setting objectives, delegating effectively, and supporting team development.

Resilient, pragmatic, creative, and detail-oriented, with strong conceptual and analytical thinking.

Knowledge of quality and development tools: FMEA, value analysis, design reviews, and experimental design.

Strong global mindset, stress tolerance, and ability to manage complexity.
