Product Manager – Cloud Managed Video Solutions
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Product Manager to drive the strategic development and execution of our flagship managed video software product suite. Reporting to Envysion’s Product and Business Development Lead, this role plays a critical part in shaping our product roadmap, fostering innovation, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the success of our company and the security of the businesses we serve.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
- Develop a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes in cloud-managed video solutions.
- Define and execute a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with company goals.
- Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify opportunities and guide product development.
Product Management
- Lead the design, development, and launch of new features, functionalities, and product enhancements.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product execution and go-to-market success.
- Manage key supplier relationships and identify strategic partnerships to enhance product value.
- Own and maintain the product backlog, prioritize features, and define acceptance criteria for development teams.
Qualifications & Skills
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
✅ Experience: 5+ years in product management, with a strong track record in SaaS solutions.
✅ Market Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud-managed video solutions and security technologies.
✅ Strategic Thinking: Ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
✅ Cross-functional Collaboration: Experience working with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.
✅ Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to leverage market research, data analytics, and customer insights to drive decision-making.
✅ Agile & Product Development: Hands-on experience managing product backlogs, feature prioritization, and go-to-market strategies.
✅ Strong Communication: Ability to effectively present and influence stakeholders at all levels.
