Job Summary
This role blends technical expertise with business acumen to drive the success of specialized laboratory equipment in markets such as wellbore cements, drilling fluids, stimulation fluids, and clean energy. Key responsibilities include strategic market development, product excellence, and expanding our global presence. The position requires up to 50% domestic and international travel.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales and product plans to meet revenue and market share goals, focusing on clean energy and sustainability.

Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life, including planning, development, launch, and maintenance.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, particularly in clean energy technologies.

Define and communicate the unique value proposition of products to target customers.

Develop pricing strategies to optimize profitability.

Train and support the sales team on product features and applications.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with key decision-makers, especially in low-carbon and renewable energy sectors.

Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers, emphasizing sustainability.

Work with Sales Management to forecast sales and support business planning.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, etc.) and distributors to drive market expansion.

Promote continuous improvement and adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, material science, chemistry, or related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, product management, or sales, preferably in the oil & gas industry.
Preferred Qualifications

Industry knowledge, particularly in clean energy.

Master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
