Summary
Progressive Dental is seeking a strategic and innovative Product Manager to lead the development, enhancement, and execution of our proprietary CRM platform and its integrated SaaS modules. This role requires a systems-oriented thinker capable of aligning user needs, business objectives, and market opportunities into scalable, high-impact solutions. The Product Manager will drive collaboration across engineering, UX, marketing, curriculum, and client success teams to deliver seamless, data-driven tools that elevate dental practice operations and performance.
Key Responsibilities

Own and continuously refine the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company vision, market demands, and client feedback.

Translate business objectives into clear, actionable user stories, technical specifications, and release plans.

Lead Agile sprint ceremonies and maintain a prioritized, well-groomed product backlog.

Collaborate with engineering, QA, and UX/design teams to deliver intuitive, high-quality product releases.

Leverage usage analytics, adoption trends, and client success data to inform product iterations and enhancements.

Partner with AI developers to incorporate intelligent features such as call tracking, sentiment analysis, and lead scoring into the platform.

Design and implement data-driven feedback loops to improve both user experience and campaign effectiveness.

Ensure all new features meet HIPAA compliance and maintain rigorous data security standards.

Conduct ongoing competitive research and monitor emerging trends in dental technology and SaaS innovation.

Act as the primary advocate for end users across all stages of the product lifecycle.

Coordinate with training, support, and marketing teams to develop product documentation, onboarding resources, and go-to-market strategies.

Lead product launch initiatives and feature rollout planning.
Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience in product management, ideally within SaaS, healthcare technology, or CRM platforms.

Expertise in CRM systems, marketing automation, AI-powered engagement tools, or learning management systems (LMS).

Proficient with product and design tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Figma, and Hotjar.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional discussions and drive alignment.

Proven success in delivering complex digital products from concept to launch on time and within budget.
Education & Preferred Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.

Certification in Agile, Scrum, or formal Product Management training is a plus.

Experience in the dental, healthcare, or marketing technology (MarTech) industry is highly preferred.
