Role Summary
As a Product Manager, you’ll play a central role in designing the software and systems behind Coco’s delivery robots. You’ll work closely with teams across field operations, engineering, design, and external partners to develop products that serve users—from merchants and riders to platform partners and end customers.
You’ll take full ownership of one or more product areas, organizing feature requests, aligning priorities, and delivering measurable business outcomes. This is a high-impact role suited for a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Key Responsibilities

Own the complete product lifecycle for one or more of Coco’s core systems (e.g., mapping, routing, or operations).

Partner with stakeholders to gather feedback and translate needs into intuitive, scalable features.

Write clear product specs and user stories that enable engineering and design teams to move quickly and effectively.

Maintain a product roadmap aligned with company goals, balancing immediate needs with long-term vision.

Promote a culture of experimentation, using data to test, iterate, and improve product experiences.

Track and report on product metrics, using data insights to drive decision-making and prioritization.
Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Physical Sciences).

4+ years of experience in product management, ideally within fast-paced, tech-forward organizations.

Proven success in launching and scaling complex, data-informed products.

Comfortable working with SQL and modern product analytics tools.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence across teams and levels.
Preferred Qualifications

Background in robotics, logistics, delivery platforms, or urban mobility.

Experience as a software engineer or data scientist.

Familiarity with user research and service design practices.

MBA or a graduate degree in a technical discipline.
