Job Details
As a Product Manager at iCIMS, you will serve as the Voice of the Customer for all stages of Technology initiatives. You’ll research data, define requirements, prioritize features, and drive improvements that shape our products and deliver customer success.
Responsibilities

Act as an advocate for customers and stakeholders regarding product issues and improvements

Own and define the Product Backlog, providing business justification for priorities
-
Communicate objectives and requirements clearly across teams
-
Collaborate cross-functionally to support beta programs, requirement documentation, and pricing analytics
-
Assist with customer escalations, demos, and on-site visits
-
Work with Product Marketing to ensure strong product positioning
-
Uphold iCIMS values and conduct business with integrity
Qualifications
-
2+ years of Product Management experience
-
Technical ability to lead projects of varying complexity
-
Strong prioritization and decision-making skills
-
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
-
Creative problem-solving, business judgment, and financial acumen

Experience with product roadmap planning

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Research skills and interest in the competitive landscape
Preferred:

BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field
