About the Role

As a Product Manager at Wabash, you will act as the single point of orchestration for product ownership, customer advocacy, and strategic alignment. You will manage and support a portfolio of products and solutions while shaping and executing a visionary product strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Support the selling process by gathering the voice of the customer and translating insights into actionable product strategies.

  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with corporate strategy, business plans, and market/customer needs.

  • Prioritize resource allocation in executing product strategy.

  • Oversee the new product idea funnel and drive innovation.

  • Articulate the connection between customer problems, company capabilities, and technology solutions.

  • Assist in creating go-to-market programs tailored to the buying process.

  • Provide market and product expertise to commercial teams.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance our value proposition and improve speed to market.

  • Build tools and processes that foster communication, accountability, and critical thinking.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related technical/business field (required).

  • 5–10 years of experience in B2B or B2C product development.

  • 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Knowledge of operational financial management and decision-making.

  • Familiarity with value proposition design, market definition, and segmentation.

  • Six Sigma Certification (Green, Black, or Master Black Belt) preferred.

  • Master’s degree (MS or MBA) preferred.
