Position Overview
We are seeking a Product Manager II to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive the product roadmap, manage and prioritize the backlog, and collaborate with engineering and stakeholders to deliver technology-enabled solutions that create measurable impact. This position requires strong leadership in Agile practices, strategic decision-making, and the ability to balance user needs with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into user stories and features in an Agile environment.
- Partner with engineering to define product requirements and establish priorities.
- Manage and prioritize the product and maintenance backlog to ensure high-value outcomes.
- Oversee feature releases, integrations, and migration processes.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure product quality and performance.
- Identify and resolve blockers, escalating issues when needed.
- Balance stakeholder needs, strategy, and user experience in product decisions.
- Communicate updates on requests, bugs, priorities, and timelines to stakeholders and developers.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of product management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Agile fundamentals with proven success in execution.
- Familiarity with modern technology paradigms (data flows, APIs, services).
- Experience collaborating directly with technology leaders and engineers.
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare revenue cycle or revenue integrity applications.
- Master’s degree (MBA or MHA).
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or Jira.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay Range: $79,642 – $109,942 per year (based on experience, location, and skills).
- Bonus: Eligible for annual bonus plan at a target of 5%.
