Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to drive product initiatives and enhance customer experiences on the PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud Platform. In this role, you will lead feature development, prioritize product roadmaps, and work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and product marketing to deliver differentiated solutions for our enterprise customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define, prioritize, and launch new features on the PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud Platform.
  • Partner with engineering to translate customer needs into scalable SaaS solutions.
  • Track industry trends and proactively deliver innovative, competitive offerings.
  • Lead business development and product marketing activities for your features.
  • Monitor product performance and develop strategies for continued growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and product marketing.
  • Gather customer feedback and incorporate insights into the product roadmap.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-energy team culture.
  • Communicate frequently with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment.
  • Use data-driven decision-making to build requirements and measure success.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of product management or equivalent experience.
  • Proven expertise in cloud-based SaaS services and cloud infrastructure.
  • Track record of successfully launching enterprise-grade features.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and build trust.
  • Experience engaging with large enterprise customers.
  • Data-informed mindset with excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong customer empathy and curiosity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
  • Experience addressing developer-focused needs.
  • Skilled at partnering with engineering and design teams.
  • Familiarity with multiple cloud providers.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range (Colorado): $130,000 – $142,000 (final compensation based on skills and experience).
