About the Role
FinThrive is looking for a curious and thoughtful Product Manager to help shape the future of our healthcare revenue analytics solutions. In this role, you’ll play a key part in building products that help healthcare providers recover revenue, reduce friction, and make better data-driven decisions.
You’ll partner with Product Owners, engineering, customer success, and marketing teams to translate complex problems into actionable roadmaps and deliver solutions that improve revenue cycle performance. This role is ideal for someone with early product management experience who wants to grow into a strategic leadership position while staying close to customer needs, user experience, and analytics design.
What You Will Do

Contribute to product strategy for healthcare revenue analytics solutions.

Define features, prioritize backlogs, and ensure quality execution with Product Owners.

Translate customer feedback and market trends into product direction.

Lead cross-functional delivery to align business outcomes with technical capabilities.

Monitor KPIs to evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for growth.

Mentor Product Owners, providing clear priorities and development support.

Collaborate with senior product leadership on portfolio-wide strategy.

Support go-to-market activities and maintain subject matter expertise in revenue recovery workflows.
What You Will Bring

3+ years of experience in product management or related roles.

Proven ability to manage and mentor Product Owners.

Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-department influence.

Deep understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle, especially revenue recovery.

Experience with SaaS, analytics, or data-driven solutions in regulated environments.

Strategic thinking with strong execution and results focus.
Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of leadership experience.

Experience with process diagrams/flowcharts (Visio, Draw.io, etc.).

Customer-facing role experience.

SQL and database knowledge.
