Director of Product Management
The Director of Product Management at GetWireless will drive the commercial success and industry mindshare of assigned product lines. This role involves presales engineering support, training, program documentation, and technical guidance for internal teams, channel partners, and customers in sectors like public safety, utilities, and transit.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead product strategy, training, and technical support to enhance sales and customer adoption.

Develop and deliver technical training programs, webinars, and on-site sessions for partners and customers.

Build and maintain complex pricing models and technical solutions to meet customer needs.

Support sales teams by scoping technical solutions, responding to RFPs, and creating compelling proposals.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams to enhance product positioning.

Assist in designing demo units for trade shows and industry events.

Travel up to 25% for training and business engagements.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

10+ years of experience in technical sales within cellular gateway/router and boosting solutions.

Strong knowledge of cellular networks, IP networking, and technical sales.

Experience in building and delivering complex BOMs and customer quotations.

Exceptional presentation and training skills, with expertise in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
