About the Role
As a Product Manager at MeridianLink, you will play a vital role in driving corporate strategy, overseeing product-level P&Ls, and managing operating rhythms. You’ll own the product roadmap, Go-To-Market strategy, and pricing while serving as the bridge between market needs and engineering execution. Acting as an advocate for the product, you’ll lead the product team to make informed business decisions and ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Product Success: Maximize development team output within a Scrum framework to ensure product success.

Roadmap Prioritization: Drive prioritization, clearly express backlog items, and optimize team value delivery.

Agile Participation: Lead sprint planning, attend stand-ups, and facilitate product demos.

Data Analysis: Review user and market data to identify opportunities and guide decisions.

Customer Understanding: Represent the voice of the customer across departments and ensure user needs are met.
Qualifications

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of relevant professional experience (fintech strongly preferred).

Professional Expertise: Ability to perform moderately complex tasks independently while supporting senior peers.

Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, with judgment applied within defined practices.

Collaboration: Build strong internal/external relationships to resolve mutual challenges.
