The Role
As a Product Manager for Atlas, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of startup formation. You’ll gain deep insights into early-stage founders’ needs, define product strategy, collaborate with design and engineering, and lead go-to-market efforts—all to make Atlas even more impactful.
Key Responsibilities

Understand startup founders—how they use Atlas and what challenges they face.

Drive product development—prioritize initiatives, set the pace, and remove blockers.

Craft simple yet powerful experiences—delivering seamless product interactions.

Define strategy and execute—think like an investor, identify market opportunities, and allocate resources effectively.

Engage stakeholders—work cross-functionally within Stripe and externally with founders, VCs, and accelerators.
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:

8+ years in product management or as a startup founder.

Experience shipping user-facing or API products at scale.

Passion for helping startups grow.
-
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a “whatever-it-takes” attitude.

Strong communication skills to clearly articulate customer needs.
Preferred Qualifications:

Founder experience or background in an early-stage startup.

Technical expertise (software engineering experience, CS degree, or equivalent).
Work Model
This role offers hybrid and remote work options, with in-office collaboration encouraged for those within 35 miles (56 km) of a Stripe office.
