What You’ll Do

Take ownership of the entire lifecycle of business-focused digital products—from requirements gathering and analysis to product design, implementation, and ongoing optimization.

Lead a cross-functional team to oversee end-to-end product development, ensuring alignment with company goals from concept through launch.

Analyze real-world supply chain and store operations scenarios to generate actionable insights and deliver regular performance improvement reports.

Develop strategic product plans aimed at improving operational efficiency and enhancing employee productivity at the store level.
What You’ll Need to Succeed

8+ years of experience in business product management, ideally in digital solution development for retail or supply chain operations.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams (5+ team members) in matrixed environments, with a strong grasp of multicultural collaboration.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related discipline.
