About the Role
As a key member of the iManage team, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the future of our software platform by:
- Defining and promoting a clear vision for delivering valuable, usable, and actionable data-driven insights to our internal and external customers.
- Leading the product strategy for our Threat Manager product, as well as compliance and usage analytics across the entire iManage platform.
- Managing the product lifecycle, from gathering and prioritizing customer requirements to maintaining the product backlog and articulating the roadmap.
- Engaging directly with customers through product advisory panels to ensure our solutions meet their needs.
- Collaborating across product and engineering teams to embed industry-best information governance practices.
- Ensuring the features we deliver truly benefit our customers by working closely with other product team members.
- Staying ahead of the curve by evaluating market competition.
- Maintaining clear and proactive communication with internal stakeholders throughout the product release cycle.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a passionate individual with:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience in analytics, information security, big data, business intelligence, or dashboards is a plus, but not a strict requirement.
- The ability to dive deep into technology, understanding APIs, schemas, and more, while also motivating a talented team of developers.
- Proven experience in building relationships and communicating effectively with key customers and prospects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly articulate product vision and messages.
- Strong collaboration and negotiation skills to work effectively across diverse teams.
- Analytical capabilities for market research and competitive analysis.
- The determination and perseverance to see complex projects through to completion.
- A genuine desire to learn and adapt to evolving markets and technologies.
