Product management experience, preferably in Financial Services or Payments
Role Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of policy project updates, from initial scoping through implementation

Collaborate closely with product, engineering, compliance, and operations teams to ensure alignment and meet deadlines

Use Confluence to track controls and stakeholder communications, and manage regular check-ins via Teams chat
Critical Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with deep payment industry expertise, ideally with prior experience managing projects related to fraud and/or disputes as a Product Manager.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Product management background in the cards/payments domain

Strong knowledge of disputes, chargeback processes, and Regulation Z interpretation

Familiarity with Pega Smart (tools for claims processing, investigations, and dispute management)

3 to 8 years of experience in Product Management, Risk Management, or Engineering within credit card or payment products in an agile environment

Experience managing a product roadmap

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail in writing and communicating requirements and specifications

Strong communication skills for aligning diverse stakeholders and development teams

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence, and SQL

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent
Job Summary

Define product strategy based on quantitative and qualitative research to guide roadmap and development priorities

Partner with engineering, business stakeholders, and Legal & Compliance teams to design risk capabilities that enhance customer experience

Clearly articulate product vision, features, and requirements to secure organizational buy-in

Write user stories and acceptance criteria, participating fully in the software development lifecycle

Identify and improve existing processes to boost efficiency in a dynamic environment

Collaborate with other product managers and designers to ensure a seamless customer experience
-
Stay current on industry trends and recommend relevant tools and practices for enhancement

Coordinate with Partner, Legal, and cross-functional teams to align on project roadmaps
-
Create JIRA tickets and collaborate with Engineering to execute tasks
-
Report progress to senior leadership and proactively resolve blockers
