What You’ll Achieve

  • Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and objectives for healthcare data platforms, predictive analytics, and measurement tools to enhance engagement and clinical outcomes.
  • Establish and implement best practices for product development, focusing on rapid iteration and mentoring team members in these methodologies.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, collaborating with engineering, data science, sales, marketing, and clinical teams to successfully deliver impactful products.
  • Represent the product team at the executive level, working closely with leadership and founders to align strategy with business goals.
  • Monitor usage analytics and the impact of product launches, ensuring data-driven improvements.
  • Take full ownership of shipping products that drive meaningful business results while ensuring timely execution.
  • Scale successful initiatives through process optimization and automation to enhance efficiency.

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in product management.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Proven track record of working in high-performing product teams, emphasizing cross-functional collaboration, rapid testing, and outcome-driven execution.
  • Experience leading the development of products and features from inception to launch.
  • Strong technical fluency, with the ability to discuss technology concepts, evaluate trade-offs, and explore new opportunities with technical teams.
  • Analytical mindset, with expertise in interpreting ROI metrics and providing actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a healthcare startup or digital health company.
  • Familiarity with healthcare claims data.
  • Experience working with clinical teams, engineers, and data scientists.
  • Understanding of clinical workflows and the healthcare ecosystem (e.g., Electronic Health Records, risk adjustment, clinical decision support systems).
  • Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement models.
  • Strong business acumen, translating technical and clinical insights into strategic product decisions.
  • Proficiency in product management tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
