Role Overview
We are seeking a Hivemind Foundations Product Manager to drive the development and roadmap of Shield AI’s middleware, the backbone of all Hivemind-enabled systems. You will define priorities, ensuring seamless integration across engineering teams and customer solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the Hivemind Foundations roadmap in collaboration with engineering leadership.

Define product requirements based on a deep understanding of customer needs.

Champion and advocate for the product across internal and external teams.

Ensure top-tier capabilities, quality, and documentation.

Solve complex multi-agent autonomy challenges related to configuration and communication.

Stay ahead of industry and technical trends that impact the product.
Required Qualifications

B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent with 10+ years of experience.

Strong software engineering fundamentals and lifecycle expertise.

Proven ability to balance technical and business risks while delivering impactful solutions.

A continuous learner with the ability to drive highly technical product roadmaps.

Deep customer empathy with creative problem-solving skills.

Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree (M.S. or MBA) in a relevant field.

Experience in technical customer-facing roles.

Proficiency in modern C++, ROS/ROS2, middleware, or multi-agent robotics.

Background in unmanned air systems, cybersecurity, or functional safety
