Requirements & Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Market Research & Innovation: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and industry opportunities.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather requirements from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring initiatives balance maximum value with speed to market.

Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

Roadmap & Prioritization: Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on customer feedback, business priorities, and technical feasibility.

Communication & Alignment: Clearly articulate product vision, strategy, and progress to executives, engineering teams, sales, marketing, and customer support.

User-Centered Design: Partner with UX/UI teams to create intuitive, engaging, and customer-centric product experiences.

Data-Driven Decisions: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and optimize features based on insights.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and industry standards, staying informed of any changes that may impact product development.

Go-to-Market Readiness: Lead go-to-market and operational readiness efforts, coordinating with relevant teams for seamless product pricing, promotion, and implementation.

Vendor & Partner Management: Negotiate and oversee agreements with supply chain partners to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in product management, preferably within fintech or payments.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with B2B2C models, multi-step distribution channels, fintech trends, integration partners, and regulatory requirements.

Proven Track Record: Experience in launching and managing digital products or services with demonstrated success.

Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex information and make informed decisions.

Communication & Leadership: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Agile & Project Management: Experience working in an agile environment with a strong understanding of agile methodologies.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range: $145,000 – $155,000 base salary, plus annual bonus eligibility.
